Scope of application:
The impact test bench is used for conducting impact tests on products, mainly designed for testing small samples with higher impact acceleration. It assesses the extent to which the test items can withstand impact damage. It is commonly used for environmental testing of electronic components, electronic circuit boards, etc. This testing equipment complies with the requirements of the "Basic Environmental Testing Specifications for Electrical and Electronic Products Ea: Impact Test Method," "IEC68-2-27, Test Ea: Impact," and "MIL-STD-202F" standards for impact testing.
System Principle:
The impact test table has a small surface area, and its structure is carefully designed after finite element optimization analysis. The design ensures high structural strength and high-frequency response. With high acceleration impact testing, it can achieve an acceleration duration of 0.5 ms. The half-sine waveform of the impact conforms to test standards. The system includes an anti-secondary impact device and is equipped with an efficient vibration damping system. The impact height is digitally set and automatically executed.
Working Principle:
The test specimen is mounted on the workbench, which is guided by two high-precision sliding rails and can move vertically. Two cylinders are connected to the workbench via the sliding rails. When the cylinders are inflated, the piston rods rise, causing the workbench to move upwards. As the workbench rises, once it reaches the preset height, the cylinders quickly deflate, and the bottom of the workbench strikes the waveform generator, completing one impact cycle. By adjusting the lifting height of the workbench, different initial speeds can be achieved, resulting in varying impact overload values. Changing the stiffness of the waveform generator allows for different pulse width values. The coordinated combination of these adjustments enables the creation of various test waveforms that meet the design specifications.
