Scope of Application:
This machine is used for fatigue testing of a wide range of outdoor fitness equipment, including but not limited to: air walkers, pendulum trainers, leg press machines, fitness bicycles, waist twisters, strength trainers, Tai Chi massage pushers, large rotary wheels, stepper machines, seesaws, rowing machines, stretch trainers, seated pull machines, seated push machines, elliptical trainers, etc.In addition to complying with the above-mentioned standards, the testing machine is also suitable for static and dynamic testing of various sports and fitness equipment. By changing auxiliary fixtures, it can also be used to test products specified under other national standards, thereby expanding the application range of the machine.

1.Designed for fatigue testing.
2.Test cycles: 0–999,999 cycles, freely adjustable.
3.Operating frequency or linear speed:For oscillating and up-and-down equipment: not less than 60 cycles/min (one reciprocating motion counts as one cycle).The bidirectional swing angle shall be not less than 60°, or 80% of the designed maximum motion range.For rotating equipment: the linear speed of the moving surface shall be not less than 150 m/min.
4.PLC lower-level control combined with upper-level control software for automatic control. The display allows real-time observation of push–pull force cycles, swing cycles, and rotation counts; accurately records and displays force values and curves in real time; monitors remaining time, continuous running time, and cumulative cycles. The system uses PLC control with RS-232 or RS-485 communication interfaces, allowing program design and test process monitoring via computer. Dedicated control software supports multi-channel closed-loop control, enabling fully automatic testing and automatic measurement functions.
5.Test cycles can be preset; once the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops and provides an alarm notification.
6.Equipped with power-off / power-failure memory and breakpoint recovery stop functions. In case of sudden power failure, when power is restored the system can automatically restart after a delay of approximately 1–2 minutes and continue operation according to the parameters set before the power failure, without the need for manual reconfiguration.
7.Stop modes: automatic stop upon reaching the preset number of cycles; automatic stop and alarm if the specimen is damaged or deformation exceeds the allowable limit.
8.Built-in fault self-diagnosis system; when a fault occurs, the system automatically diagnoses and displays fault codes for easy inspection and troubleshooting.
9.Supplied with various fixtures required for testing fitness equipment.
10.Supplied with one desktop computer and one printer; computer configuration not lower than quad-core CPU with 4 GB RAM.
11.Power supply: AC 220 V, 50 Hz.
