Product Introduction:
This equipment is designed to test the protective layers of electrical and electronic products, electroplated products, and various metal products. It is used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials and their protective layers against corrosive gases, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. This is an artificial simulation of gas corrosion testing, utilizing sulfur dioxide gas in an environment with specific temperature and relative humidity to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products. It tests and compares the degree of damage to the protective layer of the product over a certain period. It can also be used to assess the ability of certain products to resist corrosion by corrosive gases. The test results show that it saves significant amounts of labor, financial, and material resources.
