Product Introduction:

1.The electronic torsion testing machine consists of a loading system, transmission system, data acquisition, processing, control, and display system, and is suitable for mechanical performance testing of various torsional elastic components, structural parts, bolts, and similar specimens.

The machine adopts a horizontal structure and is controlled by an embedded high-performance MCU controller, featuring an LCD display with a fully Chinese operating and display interface. The displayed information is clear and intuitive, and the multi-key operation combined with guided prompts allows users to complete system parameter settings easily by following habitual operating steps.

An AC servo motor combined with a precision reducer transmission system ensures uniform loading, stable operation without impact, and accurate data acquisition and control.

2.The entire machine is equipped with a fully digital data acquisition and processing system and an LCD display system, enabling multi-point measurement of specimen torsion angles. During testing, the controller performs high-speed data sampling. The system can dynamically and real-time display curves such as torque–torsion angle, torque–rotation angle, torque–time, torsion angle–time, and rotation angle–time.

The software can calculate and process torsional performance parameters specified by relevant standards, including shear modulus, specified non-proportional torsional strength, upper torsional yield strength, lower torsional yield strength, torsional strength, and maximum non-proportional shear strain. The machine supports both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation, and after the test is completed, a manual control box can be used to return the system to the initial test position.
