Scope of Application:
The automotive glass radiation resistance test chamber is mainly used for testing automotive safety glass. By measuring the transmittance before and after irradiation, it evaluates the glass’s ability to withstand ultraviolet radiation. The equipment complies with the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T 5137.3-2020.The test chamber is capable of maintaining a constant temperature of 45 ± 3 °C, while the test turntable rotates at a speed of 1 r/min to 5 r/min. The equipment is primarily used by glass manufacturing enterprises for self-inspection and quality control, and is also widely applied by third-party quality inspection organizations and research institutions as a technical testing solution.
Product Features:
.Chamber exterior: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, treated with phosphating, cleaning, and electrostatic powder coating.
.Inner chamber: Constructed from imported SUS 304 mirror-finish stainless steel.
.Air duct structure: Heaters, fans, and related components are installed in the air-duct interlayer at one end of the working chamber.
.Cable access port: Φ25 / Φ50 mm cable port provided on the left side of the chamber.
.Heating method: Nickel-chromium alloy finned tubular heaters, featuring fast temperature rise and uniform temperature distribution.
.Chamber door: Front-opening design, easy to open and close, convenient for loading and unloading test specimens.
.UV light source: Installed at the center of the chamber; front-access design allows easy lamp replacement.
.Specimen rack: Specially designed rack system enables smooth insertion and removal of specimens.
.Air circulation system: Ensures uniform temperature distribution and meets relevant testing standards.
.UV lamp type: Ozone-free quartz medium-pressure mercury vapor arc lamp, meeting irradiation requirements in the 300 nm–450 nm wavelength range.
.Control system: Industrial touch screen + PLC programmable controller + printer output for human–machine interaction and automatic monitoring.
.Black panel temperature: Equipped with a bimetallic black panel thermometer; a black aluminum panel connected to the temperature sensor is used, with the black panel temperature instrument controlling heating for improved temperature stability.
