Scope of Application:
The double-arm drop testing machine is primarily used to assess the impact of drop shocks on packaging during actual transportation and loading/unloading processes. It evaluates the shock resistance of packaging during handling and the rationality of packaging design. The drop test machine uses a brake motor with chain drive to control the descent of the drop arm. The drop height is measured using a digital height gauge, ensuring precise and intuitive display of the height, with simple operation. The drop arm moves smoothly, and the drop angle error is minimal. This machine is suitable for manufacturers and quality inspection departments.
Test Principle:
The test sample is raised to a predetermined height and then allowed to fall freely in a set state, colliding with the impact surface. The test evaluates the damage to the product packaging upon impact during the fall and assesses the impact resistance of electronic components when dropped during handling. The test can evaluate both the corners and surfaces of the packaging container.
Product Features:
The double-arm drop testing machine can perform free fall tests on the surfaces, corners, and edges of packaging. It is equipped with a digital height display and uses an encoder for height tracking, allowing for precise measurement of the drop height, with an error of no more than 2% or 10mm compared to the preset drop height. This machine adopts a single-arm double-column structure and features electric reset, electric-controlled drop, and electric lifting devices for ease of use. The unique cushioning device significantly improves the machine's lifespan, stability, and safety.
