The gantry automatic measuring instrument is a CNC-type image measuring instrument independently developed by our company, designed for large range measurements. It enables efficient and accurate measurement of large quantities of workpieces. It is suitable for the inspection and quality control of precision components. This instrument has been widely applied in industries such as machinery, electronics, hardware, plastics, and more.

2.High precision and high strength machine platform: Grade 00 granite base/column/worktable, offering high accuracy and good stability.
3.XYZ three axes use imported precision linear guide rails and imported grinding-grade ball screw drive system, ensuring long lifespan and good stability.
4.High precision grating scale with 0.5μm resolution.
5.WM automatic zoom optical lens for fully automated measurement, no zoom calibration required.
6.High-definition brand camera for high-quality measurement images.
7.Automatic focus measurement, optical height measurement, and flatness measurement. A brand-name contact probe can be added.
8.Programmable three-ring eight-zone surface light source, LED contour light source, and coaxial light source. Different color light sources can be added for different products.
9.Laser indicator to show the measurement position for quick positioning and easy measurement.
10.Equipped with a control handle for convenient operation from any position.
