Application Scope:
The HAST high-pressure accelerated aging test chamber is designed to evaluate product performance during storage, transportation, and operation under high-temperature, high-temperature/high-humidity, and high-pressure climatic conditions. It is mainly used for testing electrical and electronic products, components, parts, metal materials, and related materials under simulated environments of high temperature, high humidity, and pressure.After testing, the products are assessed and verified to determine whether their performance meets specified requirements. The test results provide a reliable basis for product design, improvement, qualification, and final factory inspection.

1. Intelligent exhaust design: Air inside the chamber is evacuated to improve pressure stability and repeatability;
2. Long-duration operation: Supports continuous operation for up to 400 hours for extended testing;
3. High pressure resistance: The chamber withstands a pressure of 2.65 kg at 140 °C and complies with a hydrostatic pressure test rating of 6 kg tank pressure resistance design;
4. Two-stage pressure safety protection: Incorporates a dual-stage system combining controller-based protection with a mechanical pressure safety device;
5. Emergency pressure relief system: Equipped with a two-stage automatic pressure relief button for enhanced operational safety.
