Scope of Application:
The luggage shock and vibration testing machine is primarily used to simulate the bumps, impacts, and vibrations that luggage may encounter during actual use. It tests the durability of handles, stitching, and the overall structure of suitcases under oscillating and impact conditions. This test allows for the assessment of the luggage’s performance under repeated shocks, providing critical reference for product reliability testing, quality control, and quality improvement.
Product Description:
The sample’s handles and straps are connected to the clamps on the impact device to simulate normal usage, where a person lifts the sample by hand or shoulder. Once the sample is installed, the machine is started, the relevant parameters are set, and the test begins. The machine raises the impact device to the set height using cylinders and electromagnets, then releases it for a free-fall onto the vibration spring. The sample oscillates up and down at a certain frequency due to the vibration spring, simulating real-life usage, thereby obtaining results after the corresponding oscillations. With a certain load and an impact speed of 20 times per minute, the test checks whether handles, side handles, pull rods, fasteners, stitching, etc., are damaged (suitable for testing pull-rod suitcases, handbags, and backpacks).
