Application Scope:
The GB standard mattress comprehensive testing machine is designed to simulate the continuous rolling and turning of the human body during sleep.The rolling durability test uses a rolling-type loading module placed on the horizontal mattress surface. The module rolls back and forth at a specified frequency to apply repeated loads, in order to evaluate the mattress’s ability to withstand long-term cyclic rolling loads.The surface firmness test is used to measure the softness and hardness of the mattress, meeting the requirements of various mattress manufacturers and relevant standards.This machine is used to evaluate mattress quality and service life, strictly complying with national standards for mechanical performance testing.It is suitable for heavy-duty spring mattresses, standard spring mattresses, foam mattresses, palm fiber elastic mattresses, and other types of mattresses.

Product Features:
1.The equipment supports three testing methods:
mattress surface rolling durability test, firmness (hardness) test, and mattress surface height test.
2.Controlled by a PLC system, enabling fully automatic testing results with one-button operation, supporting both automatic and manual test modes.
3.The mattress surface rolling durability test section adopts a gantry-type mechanical structure, driven by a high-thrust servo motor and high-precision heavy-duty linear guide rails as transmission components. A branded touchscreen is used for input and control, ensuring user-friendly, clear, and intuitive operation.
4.The rolling drum loading system for the durability test adopts free loading via linear sliding bearings. The durability test uses a loading block + linear sliding bearing free-loading structure. Since only linear bearing rolling friction exists, the loading force accuracy is ensured, making the applied load fully compliant with standard requirements.
5.Touchscreen display and control, offering powerful functions and intelligent operation.
6.Elegant and robust appearance design:
fully concealed wiring prevents electrical leakage and power-related hazards during operation;
the loading surface is made of stainless steel plate with a smooth finish for easy mattress placement;
a full steel base structure requires no floor anchoring, ensuring stability without displacement or vibration during operation.
7.The mattress surface height test is driven by a servo motor and performed at standard-specified speeds. The system displays the force–deflection curve between the applied load and the corresponding indentation value, and automatically measures mattress height.
8.The rolling drum is made of special wear-resistant material, featuring a smooth surface with no cracking or deformation, ensuring a long service life.
9.Automatic center positioning during rolling tests: the system automatically locates the mattress center without manual repositioning, with PLC-based origin positioning.
10.Human-oriented control system with a clean interface and complete functions. A high-response touchscreen ensures simple and efficient operation.
11.Test results can be printed and exported according to customer-specified document formats via a printer.
12.Data protection function: automatic data saving in the event of power failure.
13.The base structure is constructed from high-strength industrial aluminum profiles combined with SUS304 stainless steel surfaces, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
