Scope of Application:
This machine is specially designed for testing the bending endurance and fatigue resistance of plug leads, flexible cord components, and power supply flexible cords. During the test, the specimen is fixed in a clamp and subjected to a specified load. The clamp swings left and right repeatedly. After a preset number of cycles, the wire breakage rate is inspected; alternatively, the test continues until electrical continuity is lost, at which point the total number of bending cycles is recorded.The machine features automatic counting and will automatically stop operation when the specimen is bent until it can no longer conduct electricity.
