Scope of Application:
This combustion testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant testing requirements of standards such as IEC 60695, GB 5169, GB 11020, and UL 94. It simulates the influence of flames in the early stage of a fire occurring around electrical and electronic products, enabling the assessment of fire hazards through simulation techniques.The equipment is mainly used to evaluate the flammability performance of plastics, films, and other non-metallic material components when exposed directly to a specified ignition source under horizontal or vertical burning conditions. The test results are used to determine the flame retardant rating of the tested materials (HB class, V class, VMT class).
Main Structure:
The system consists of a control cabinet, combustion chamber, burner, solenoid valve, high-voltage igniter, plastic specimen holder, gas pipelines, and signal control cables.The combustion tester uses high-purity liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or methane as the fuel gas.
