The wire abrasion resistance tester evaluates the abrasion resistance of electrical wires by simulating scraping and wear conditions encountered during actual use. The specific test methods are as follows:
1.The scraping device moves back and forth along the axis of the wire, with a stroke greater than 10 mm and an operating frequency of 50–60 cycles per minute.
2.An intelligent counting system provides clear and intuitive display; the machine automatically stops once the preset number of cycles is reached.
3.Automatic stop function: When the scraping needle wears through the insulation and comes into contact with the conductor, the equipment automatically stops.
