Scope of Application:
This testing machine complies with relevant standards such as UL 817, “Cord Sets and Power-Supply Cords – General Safety Requirements.”It is suitable for manufacturers and quality inspection departments to conduct bending (flexing) tests on power cords and DC cables.The machine is specifically designed to test the flexural endurance of plug lead-out wires and cables. Test speed is detected by a photoelectric sensor, which collects signals and transmits them to a digital display meter. By directly adjusting the stepless speed regulator, the corresponding test values can be read conveniently and accurately.
Test Method:
The test specimen is fixed onto the fixture and subjected to a specified load. During the test, the fixture swings left and right repeatedly. After a preset number of cycles, the specimen is inspected for wire breakage, or the test continues until the specimen can no longer conduct electricity. The total number of cycles is then recorded.The machine is capable of automatically stopping operation when the specimen fails (loss of electrical continuity).
