Scope of Application:
The bicycle frame and front fork heavy hammer impact test machine is mainly used to evaluate the ability of the frame/front fork assembly to withstand impacts from obstacles encountered during riding, assessing its structural strength and impact resistance.
Specific Scope of Application:
1. Dynamic Simulation Testing: Uses dynamic loading to simulate scenarios where the front wheel of an electric bicycle encounters obstacles during riding, testing the deformation and potential cracking of the frame/front fork assembly.
2. Component Testing: Includes front fork drop impact, pedal horizontal/vertical/diagonal drop impact, handlebar assembly impact, and crank vertical impact tests, compliant with international standards (e.g., ISO, GB).
3. Children’s Bicycle Testing: Applicable for drop impact testing of the frame/front fork assembly of children’s bicycles, assessing product compliance according to national standard GB 14746.
Test Principle:
This equipment is used for impact testing of frame/front fork assemblies with heights of 70–140 cm. The assembly is supported at the rear axle in its normal usage position. A standard load square plate is fixed on the seat post, lifting the assembly so that the center of gravity of the plate is vertical to the rear axle, then dropped freely to impact on a steel anvil.
