Product Overview:

The wheel radial impact testing machine is mainly used to simulate the impact forces applied to the wheel hub when a vehicle travels over uneven road surfaces or collides with obstacles such as road curbs. By means of this testing machine, the strength, toughness, and durability of wheels and their accessories can be evaluated, thereby ensuring vehicle safety performance.The impact energy of the testing machine is adjustable and can be achieved by varying the counterweight mass and the impact height to obtain different impact energy levels.


Structural Features:

1.The system mainly consists of the main testing unit, parameter measurement and display unit, power control unit, and test fixtures.

2.The main unit adopts a dual-column frame structure with a top-mounted motor. A steel wire rope is used to lift the impact hammer to the required height, which is accurately measured by a photoelectric encoder, ensuring precise and reliable impact energy.

3.The release of the impact hammer is pneumatically controlled and is additionally equipped with a safety pin.

4.The machine is equipped with a secondary impact device to perform a second impact on the wheel and is also fitted with a 30° impact bracket, which can be selected according to different testing standards. A protective safety mesh is provided to ensure safe operation.

5.A power control cabinet is configured to control and drive the lifting motor and pneumatic components.
