Scope of Application:
The brake lever and throttle grip fatigue testing machine is suitable for fatigue life testing of brake levers and throttle grips used in bicycles, electric bicycles, and motorcycles. The machine uses a motor to simulate the force of a human hand and performs reciprocating extension and retraction movements to simulate actual brake lever operation, thereby conducting fatigue life tests. When contact failure or damage occurs in the product during testing, the machine will automatically trigger an alarm, allowing timely detection of fatigue life test signals and enabling evaluation of the product’s fatigue resistance.
