Scope of Application:
This testing machine is designed in accordance with bicycle frame pedaling force fatigue test standards. It applies load using dual servo hydraulic cylinders. After the bicycle frame, front fork, or other components are mounted and fixed on the test fixture, fatigue loads with specified frequency, load level, and number of cycles are applied. Upon completion of the test, the fatigue performance is evaluated by inspecting the degree of damage to the specimen. The machine features convenient operation and easy maintenance.
Automatic Shutdown:
1.When the specimen fractures and triggers the limit (micro) switch, the testing machine will immediately stop the test.
2.The testing machine will automatically stop operation when the test air pressure exceeds the preset allowable range.
