Application Scope:
The double-mold tire shaping vulcanizing machine is a key piece of equipment used for the vulcanization and molding of pneumatic tires. It has a wide range of applications, covering the production of tires for various vehicle types and industrial tires.
Product Features：
1.This product is a dual-mold, frame-type, independent-unit hydraulic tire curing press, featuring heated platens, a Type-B full hydraulic central mechanism, upper curing with vertical lifting (the crossbeam remains stationary), and an upper-mounted single-cylinder hydraulic clamping and locking system.
2.It is suitable for installing segment molds and two-piece molds, and is designed for curing new-generation wide-section, high-grade all-steel radial passenger car tires with bead diameters ranging from 12″ to 24″, supporting both nitrogen curing and steam curing processes.
3.According to customer requirements, the machine can be optionally equipped with:New-type balance-type two-station four-point post-inflation devices;Single-station tire storage units;Pneumatic or electric two-station tire storage units;Pneumatic or electric three-station tire storage units.
4.The electrical control system adopts a PLC programmable controller as the real-time control core, combined with an industrial touch screen human–machine interface (HMI). It enables curing parameter setting, real-time data acquisition, data storage, alarm functions, and intuitive historical data inquiry. An Ethernet interface is provided to support networked operation of multiple curing presses.
5.The hydraulic control system uses one hydraulic power station to drive one or multiple curing machines, with oil pressure and flow controlled by proportional control technology, ensuring stable and precise operation.
