Application Scope:
This machine is suitable for reclaimed rubber plants, power transmission belt factories, conveyor belt manufacturers, rubber product factories, shoe factories, cable plants, rubber hose manufacturers, sealing product manufacturers, and other rubber-related industries.The machine mainly consists of an integrated base, frame, front and rear rollers, transmission gears, reducer, roll gap adjustment device, roll temperature control system, safety switches, and an electrical control system. The rollers are made of alloy chilled cast iron, featuring high hardness and excellent wear resistance.The roll temperature control system allows steam or cooling water to be introduced into the rollers to regulate the roll temperature, ensuring that various process requirements are met.
Structural Description:
1.This machine mainly consists of an integrated base, frame, rollers, transmission gears with gear reducer, and an electric motor. The rollers are made of chilled cast iron, and the working surfaces are precision-ground, providing high hardness and excellent wear resistance. The rollers are hollow inside and equipped with a water-cooling system. The machine adopts a bench-type structure, with the worm gear reducer mounted beside the base, while the rollers and frame are installed on the upper part of the machine, resulting in a compact structure and convenient operation.
2.The transmission system is driven by a hard-tooth-surface reducer motor mounted outside the machine base. Power is transmitted through gears to drive the rear roller, and then a pair of speed-ratio gears installed on the left end of the rollers drives the front roller, enabling the front and rear rollers to rotate in opposite directions at different speeds.
3.All transmission gears are equipped with enclosed protective covers. The machine is fitted with an electrical braking system; in case of emergency, pressing the emergency stop switch will immediately apply braking, ensuring high operational safety. This machine is designed and manufactured by our company. It is mainly used for mixing silicone rubber and rubber materials, featuring a refined structure, safe and convenient operation, wide applicability, and high efficiency.

4.Chrome-Plated Rollers: The rollers are made of high-strength alloy steel and processed through quenching, outer cylindrical precision grinding, hard chrome electroplating, secondary precision grinding, and mirror polishing. This ensures excellent anti-adhesion, resistance to delamination and deformation, and strong corrosion resistance.
5.Rotary Joint with Cooling Water Circulation: Equipped with rotary joints and circulating cooling water, providing excellent cooling performance.
6.Stainless Steel Tray: Made of stainless steel, resistant to rust and easy to clean.
