Application Scope:
The multifunction abrasion tester is suitable for wear resistance testing of printed and coated surfaces on various electronic products, such as silkscreen printing on TV remote control keys, plastics, mobile phone housings, earphone housings, battery markings, keyboard characters, wire printing, leather surfaces, and other similar materials. It is used to evaluate the abrasion resistance of surface coatings, paints, and printed patterns.The tester can perform three typical abrasion tests:Rubbing tests using alcohol or other liquid media with cotton cloth;Eraser abrasion tests;Pencil hardness abrasion tests;During testing, the abrasion head performs a reciprocating motion on the product surface under specified test load, test cycles, and stroke length to assess the wear resistance performance.
Product Features:
1.The enclosure is treated with electrostatic powder coating, while the worktable and abrasion fixtures are made of aluminum with a sandblasted surface, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The structure is solid and well designed, ensuring an attractive appearance as well as safe, stable, and accurate operation.
2.The test cycles can be preset, and the tester features power-off memory. Test speed and stroke are adjustable, with a user-friendly design. Speed and cycle count are displayed on an LCD screen for clear, intuitive, and convenient operation.
3.Multi-functional testing capability allows abrasion tests using alcohol or other liquids with cotton cloth, as well as eraser, pencil, and steel needle abrasion tests.
