Application Scope:
The heat sealing tester uses the hot-press sealing method to determine key heat-sealing parameters—including sealing temperature, sealing time, and sealing pressure—of plastic film substrates, flexible packaging laminates, coated paper, and other heat-sealable composite films. It is an indispensable testing instrument for laboratories, scientific research, and on-line production quality control.
Test Principle:
The heat sealing tester adopts the hot-press sealing method to determine the heat sealing temperature, sealing pressure, and sealing time of plastic films and flexible packaging composite materials, so as to obtain accurate heat sealing performance parameters.The required temperature, pressure, and time are set via the touch screen. The built-in embedded microprocessor drives the corresponding components and controls the pneumatic system to move the upper sealing head up and down. Under specified heat sealing temperature, pressure, and time conditions, the packaging materials are heat-sealed together.By adjusting the heat sealing temperature, sealing pressure, and sealing time parameters, the optimal heat sealing process conditions can be determined.
