Application Scope:
This machine belongs to the medium-size flat-plate vulcanizing press series. It is mainly used for the vulcanization of rubber miscellaneous products and waterstop products. The machine generally adopts a column-type or frame-type structure, featuring a compact overall design, attractive appearance, and high clamping force.The upper platen at each working station can be heated up to 180 °C (adjustable), while the lower platen temperature can be controlled at ambient temperature, forming an effective temperature difference. With its unique dual-temperature workstation structure and high-pressure performance, the machine is especially suitable for compression molding and shaping of various reflective material products, such as trademarks and similar items.
Product Features:
This machine is available with steam heating or electric heating. It mainly consists of three major systems: the main machine, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. The oil tank is installed separately on the left side of the main machine, preventing it from being affected by the temperature of the heating platens.The operating valves are also mounted on the left side of the main machine, providing convenient operation and a wide, unobstructed working view for the operator. The electrical control cabinet is installed independently on the right side of the main machine, ensuring safe operation and easy maintenance.
