Application Scope:
The equipment is suitable for abrasion resistance testing and pilling/fuzzing evaluation of materials such as footwear, leather, textile toys, and fabrics. It is also applicable for testing the wear resistance of floor covering materials, including PVC flooring, SPC flooring, and WPC flooring, by evaluating specimen damage, mass loss, and appearance changes.

The microcomputer system adopts two counting modes with intuitive display and convenient settings. It is equipped with 8 testing stations, significantly improving testing efficiency.The instrument provides two Lissajous motion paths (24 mm × 24 mm and 60.5 mm × 60.5 mm) along with various accessories, enabling compliance with multiple testing methods and standards.
Test Principle:
A circular fabric specimen is subjected to a specified pressure and rubbed against a standard abrasive following a Lissajous motion path. Continuous friction causes specimen damage. The number of abrasion cycles at failure is used to evaluate fabric abrasion resistance, and it also assesses pilling performance.
