Application Scope：
This machine is mainly used for cutting natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and other plastic materials. It is especially suitable for installation next to an internal mixer for cutting rubber compounds into small pieces for further crushing or granulation.The machine mainly consists of a rubber cutting blade, frame, working hydraulic cylinder, base, auxiliary worktable, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. A nylon rubber pad is installed on the base beneath the cutting blade to protect the blade edge.During raw rubber cutting, the material is manually placed beneath the cutting blade. After pressing the start button, the blade is driven by the piston rod to move downward along the guide rails on the frame, cutting the rubber material. Upper and lower limit switches are installed on the frame to control the directional valve, change the movement direction of the cutting blade, and protect the hydraulic cylinder end cover.
