Application Scope:
This machine is widely used in rubber product manufacturers such as the cable industry, reclaimed rubber industry, inner tube industry, rubber hose industry, and related fields.It allows rubber compounds mixed by an internal mixer to be processed directly, eliminating the traditional process of forming rubber strips with an open mill and feeding them into a conventional rubber filter. The rubber lumps can be fed directly into the dual-crank feeding mechanism.Through the extrusion and conveying action of the screw, impurities contained in mixed rubber or reclaimed rubber are, effectively removed, improving rubber quality and production efficiency.The machine mainly consists of a lifting feeding system, rubber lump feeding mechanism, screw, barrel, sheet-die head,automatic rubber cutting device, temperature control system, and transmission system.
