Scope of Application:
Mainly includes fatigue tests of bicycle frames under horizontal and vertical forces. This type of test machine is suitable for inspecting and evaluating the durability and reliability of bicycle frames under different load conditions, ensuring their stability and safety during long-term use.
Test Principle:
This testing machine simulates actual riding conditions of a bicycle to perform fatigue and durability tests for evaluating the structural strength of the frame. The machine is designed in accordance with relevant standards. The load application system is controlled by load sensors; when the test force applied to the frame reaches the preset value, the system automatically reverses direction. The number of test cycles can be preset, and the machine will automatically stop when the specified number of cycles is reached.

The testing equipment applies periodic horizontal reciprocating loads and periodic unidirectional vertical downward reciprocating loads to the relevant parts of the bicycle frame.
a. Horizontal reciprocating loading is applied to the frame. The horizontal reciprocating continuous load is a constant-amplitude force, with a total number of loading cycles of 15 × 10/ cycles.
b. Vertical downward loading is applied to the seat/occupant loading area. The applied load is Fs, with a total number of loading cycles of 15 × 10/cycles.
