Scope of Application:
This bicycle front fork, frame, and handlebar vibration and impact testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant standards. It is used to conduct vibration fatigue tests on bicycle front forks and rear forks to evaluate damage conditions such as deformation, cracking, or fracture.The frame vibration testing machine is intended for impact testing of frame/front fork assemblies. The rear fork end fitted with bearings is fixed to the test bench via a fixed shaft, fully simulating the original dimensions of the bicycle frame. Test forces are applied within a specified range, and the number of vibration cycles is preset to evaluate the fastening condition and structural integrity of the frame after testing.
Operating Principle:
This machine simulates bicycle and electric bicycle frames subjected to repeated vertical vibration under a specified load and frequency for a defined number of cycles, in order to evaluate whether the frame exhibits damage such as deformation or fracture.The vibration frequency and number of test cycles can be preset, and the system automatically stops upon reaching the specified count. The machine features simple operation and convenient use, with an adjustable front-to-rear center distance. It is designed to be safe, stable, accurate, and durable.
