Application Scope :
This equipment is used to perform simulated impact tests on products in the horizontal direction. For long or slender products that must be positioned horizontally in the direction of impact, and for tests simulating launch-type impacts, a horizontal shock test table is required to complete the impact testing.Through repeated impact tests, the stress damage caused by such collision frequencies on the test specimen can be evaluated, thereby determining the specimen’s resistance to fatigue failure.It is widely applicable to industries such as ordnance, electrical equipment, and instrumentation.
Product Features:
1.The horizontal shock test table overcomes the structural limitations of pneumatic-driven shock systems in acceleration and long-stroke impacts. It can achieve rapid acceleration for launch-type test specimens within a short time. For ultra-long launch-type shock tests, pneumatic driving can also be used. Customized energy-storage driving systems can be configured according to the user’s specific requirements.
2.Equipped with a hydraulic braking and secondary-impact prevention device. Immediately after the first impact is completed, the shock table is braked to prevent a second impact, ensuring accurate and reliable shock test data.
3.The half-sine waveform generator is integrally designed with the shock table surface. It can directly receive impact transmission signals through the waveform generator, significantly reducing harmonic distortion and achieving high waveform accuracy. A high-performance damper is installed at the rear of the horizontal shock table, effectively enhancing safety performance under high-energy shock conditions.
4.The horizontal shock test table uses high-quality guide shafts for guidance and guide rails for load bearing, ensuring precise guidance, long service life, and stable operation. Users can digitally set the impact stroke according to the requirements of the test specimen.
