Scope of Application:
The automatic bottle cap torque tester is a self-developed product designed for automatic torque measurement. It combines advanced electronic technology with precise mechanical transmission, effectively replacing traditional manual methods of opening or tightening bottle caps, which often introduce measurement errors. The tester complies with the technical requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 17876.Equipped with a high-precision torque sensor, it enables accurate torque loading and positioning. The tester is suitable for measuring the tightening and opening torque of various packaging products, including bottles, spout-type containers, and tubes, such as pharmaceutical glass bottles, pharmaceutical plastic bottles, child-resistant caps, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, baby bottles, and oil containers.It is an ideal choice for beverage and bottle manufacturers, as well as research institutions and quality inspection organizations for product quality testing.
Testing Principle:
The bottle body and cap of the specimen are separately fixed and clamped in the fixtures provided with the tester. The lower fixture is connected to the torque sensor inside the tester housing. After the instrument is started, the upper fixture clamps the bottle cap and begins to rotate, driving the bottle body and transmitting torque to the sensor. This allows measurement of the torque required to rotate the bottle cap clockwise or counterclockwise.
