The hinge life testing machine is a specialized device used to evaluate the torque performance and durability of shafts and hinges in electronic products. It is mainly applied to durability testing of complete devices and components in products such as laptop computers, LCD monitors, and flip mobile phones.

The notebook hinge torque testing machine is designed to evaluate the torque degradation of notebook computer hinges after repeated opening and closing cycles. It is capable of measuring hinge torque values during each cycle, recording torque variation curves, and generating torque decay life curves. This eliminates the inconvenience of traditional methods that require disassembly of the hinge for torque measurement.The system features a Windows-based user interface, offering simple and intuitive operation. All test data—including test conditions, torque–angle curves, life cycle curves, and inspection reports—can be fully stored for analysis and traceability.This testing machine is also suitable for torque and service life testing of various components such as screws, torsion springs, hinges, shafts, housings, fasteners, and wire harnesses. Through industrial computer analysis, it accurately measures torque and rotational angle, as well as the corresponding torque–speed variation curves. The system enables precise control of rotation angle, rotation speed, target test cycles, and dwell time during torque testing.
Equipped with a servo motor and a Windows-based control system, the machine ensures easy operation, reliable performance, and comprehensive data storage, making it a high-performance and dependable mechanical testing instrument.
