The torsion testing machine is designed to evaluate the torsional durability and service life of various types of products. After the lens is securely fixed on the fixture, the machine performs rotational testing in both unidirectional and bidirectional modes. During the test, torque values can be measured to assess the torsional performance and durability of the product.
Test Principle:
The test simulates the torsional actions applied to the product during actual use. One end of the product, along its length direction, is fixed in the torsion fixture, while the other end is flexibly placed in the fixed fixture.After starting the testing machine and setting the required rotation angle, the motor drives the torsion fixture to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise. The touchscreen displays the clockwise and counterclockwise torque values in real time.
