Scope of Application:
The horizontal fully automatic torque testing machine is suitable for torque testing of various products in universities, research institutions, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, medical devices, petrochemical industries, and more. It is used for testing the torque of NB shafts, hinges (single-axis torque, finished product torsion life tests), LCD monitor stands, rotary switches, as well as torque testing and torque life tests. The system features simple operation with a Windows Chinese interface for easy setup.
Product Features:
1.The machine uses a servo motor drive, providing high-precision torque testing.
2.Test conditions are set via the computer interface and can be saved.
3.The torque variation at each angle can be directly tested (torque-angle curve).
4.Simultaneously displays the torque-angle curve and torque decay life curve.
5.Graphs (torque-angle curve and torque decay life curve) and inspection reports can be stored and printed.
6.Inspection reports are automatically printed, and can be exported or output directly via network.
7.The upper and lower test limits can be set, and the machine will automatically stop if the specifications are exceeded.
8.The torque value can be set for: clockwise torque, counterclockwise torque, and combined clockwise and counterclockwise torque.
9.Test direction options: Forward rotation, forward rotation + return; reverse rotation, reverse rotation + return; forward rotation + reverse rotation + forward return.
