Application Scope:
The oil seal rotation testing machine is suitable for studying the sealing performance of various rotary oil seals, and the results are used to determine the quality of the oil seals.
Product Description:
The oil seal is mounted on the testing machine, and the main shaft rotates at a constant speed. After a certain operating period, the seal is inspected for leakage. The machine can test two oil seals simultaneously, and during testing, the seals can rotate in forward or reverse directions. Test duration can be set according to testing requirements, and interval tests can be conducted, with a total test time derived from a single master timer.
The machine features a novel structural design, good startup performance, high starting torque, a wide speed range, low torque variation, low noise, and easy operation. It complies with the standard GB/T14273 “Rotary shaft lip type seals – Performance test procedures”.
