Scope of Application:
The torsion life test machine is suitable for torsion testing of electronic products. It can perform twisting in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions to evaluate the torsional resistance of mobile phone housings and internal enclosure structures.
Product Overview:
The machine adopts an LCD touchscreen combined with a PLC for torsion program control, featuring a Chinese-language interface and easy operation. It is driven by a servo motor, ensuring accurate positioning, stable torque output, and low noise. An adjustable mobile phone fixture allows quick and secure clamping of the phone for testing.The mobile phone torsion test machine is used to evaluate the torsional durability and fatigue life of different mobile phone models. After the phone is securely fixed on the fixture, the torsion torque and angle can be set, and repeated forward and reverse twisting is performed to assess the phone’s resistance to torsion.
Testing Principle:
The test simulates the torsional actions applied to a mobile phone during actual user operation. One end of the phone along its length is fixed in the torsion fixture, while the other end is flexibly supported in the fixed fixture. After starting the test machine and setting the torque value, the motor drives the torsion fixture to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise. The touchscreen displays the forward and reverse torsion torque values in real time.
