Scope of Application:
The automatic bottle cap torque tester is a self-developed product designed for automatic torque measurement. It combines advanced electronic technology with precise mechanical transmission, effectively eliminating errors associated with traditional manual methods of opening or tightening bottle caps. The tester complies with the technical requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 17876.Equipped with a high-precision torque sensor, the system ensures accurate torque loading and positioning. It is suitable for measuring the tightening and opening torque of caps on various packaging products, including bottles, spouts, and tubes, such as pharmaceutical glass bottles, pharmaceutical plastic bottles, child-resistant caps, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, baby bottles, and oil containers.The tester is an ideal choice for beverage and packaging manufacturers, as well as research institutions and quality inspection organizations, for product quality control and testing.
Test Principle:
The bottle body and the bottle cap of the test sample are separately fixed and clamped in the fixtures provided with the tester. The lower fixture is connected to the torque sensor inside the tester housing.After the instrument is started, the upper fixture clamps the bottle cap and begins to rotate, driving the bottle body and transmitting the torque to the torque sensor. The required torque for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the bottle cap is then measured and recorded.
